Thermal Envelope: Air Leakage

In this 2009 IECC training lesson, Steve Easley presents details the 2009 IECC Residential requirements regarding Thermal Envelope Air Leakage. Causes and control of air infiltration in homes are shown, including air leakage details for plumbing pipes and vents, electrical, attic bypasses, chimney chases and duct penetrations.

This video was created as part of the Residential Energy Code Field Study, a project of the United States Department of Energy.
