Placing the final steel beam atop 295 Canal Street, Malden, Massachusetts. This brownfield redevelopment of a former oil storage site and industrial building is the city’s latest first-class office development, 67,000 square feet 3 blocks from the MTBA’s Orange Line rapid transit, commuter rail and bus station at Malden Center.

Scheduled for delivery March, 2018.
